General Information
Booking an appointment
As Specialists, our doctors only see children referred by their family doctors or other specialists. We need a referral from your doctor for each specific health issue before we can schedule an appointment. MSP also mandates that we obtain a referral from your family doctor every 6 months.
Cancellation policy
Your scheduled appointment has been reserved specifically for your child. We require 2 business days to confirm the appointment via the automated text message.

An appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hour notice.

Any patient who fails to show up to an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24hr notice will be considered a no show and charged a fee starting at $100. (Voicemail with name of child is valid)
Please remember that there are many families waiting for appointments typically for months. This allows us to book another child, especially those who are on an urgent waiting list.
Fees
The following requests are by private pay as per CDAC guidelines:

You can claim this fee as medical expenses on line 330 or 331of your tax return

Office hours
Our office is open Mondays to Fridays except for public holidays. Our pediatricians are available to see patients based on a referral. Our staff are available by telephone to receive calls and book appointments from 9:00am – 4:00pm.
After hours Medical Calls
Our answering service is available at night and on weekends to receive messages related to patients we follow. If your child has a medical emergency that cannot wait, please take him or her to the nearest Emergency Room or call 911.
Diabetes Clinic
Dr Sinha sees his patients with Diabetes at Abbotsford Regional Hospital in the multidisciplinary clinic on the 4th floor, pediatrics ward. Please contact the Paediatric OPD secretary at Abbotsford Regional Hospital for Diabetes prescriptions or any other forms.
Parking and Directions
Free Parking is available but spaces maybe limited. If so, please ensure that you park according to the city bylaws on Gladwin road.
